FR/EN Virtual Assistant

For one of our customer, a leading CBD company in Switzerland, we are recruiting a Virtual Assistant French/English.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone call using Aircall or similar services
  • Organising meetings with the various team members
  • Supporting customers with daily requests
  • Supporting suppliers with daily requests
  • Opening mails (scanned)
  • Managing expenses and invoices using Xero or Bexio
  • Upgrading customers contacts records (Hubspot)
  • Meeting minutes and documentation of events
  • Organisation of webinars

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required;
  • Bilingual English/French and a relevant community language  is a plus(e.g. Spanish, Russian, German);
  • Paralegal or administrative experience preferred;
  • Excellent judgment and attention to detail;
  • Strong writing and analytical skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure;
  • Energetic and passionate about customer satisfaction;
  • Deep understanding of and ability to work well with people of diverse disciplines and cultures

That position starts with a contract based on 20h per week for 500$/m. The contract will get extended to a full-time position of 1'200$ after 3 months if the candidate is retained.
