International Growth Hacker

As Growth Hacker, you will be responsible to enable the project teams taking fast and facts/evidence-based decisions by proposing, creating and analysing experiments to validate the Problem-Solution Fit and Product-Market Fit. You will also proactively contribute from the design of the concept and product to the route to market of the solution using Lean Start-up and Design Thinking approaches.

A day in the life of a Growth Hacker

  • Validate assumptions and selecting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of experiments
  • Analyze and present the data and consumer’s feedback
  • Understand conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply them to any businesses
  • Test ideas through offline and online experiments by creating ads campaigns
  • Work with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Revenue - Retention – Referral) and being able to create viral growth
  • Keep up with the state of the art tools by researching online

What Will Make You Successful

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Growth Hacker
  • Having experience with growth hacking tools and adapting easily to new digital tools
  • Team player with listening skills, able to make proposals of alternative solutions in a proactive and reactive manner
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking mindset and methodologies and Lean Methodologies
  • Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of KPIs, lean analytics and statistics
  • Fluent in English
